1.本所為推廣臺灣史研究特建置本資料庫。 This database is especially set up for promoting research purposes on Taiwan history by the Institute of Taiwan History 2.本資料庫僅供學術研究、教育學習使用。 This database is for education and academic use only 3.帳號申請通過後，本系統將發通知信至您所填寫的電子郵件信箱。 After your account is approved, our system will send a confirmation letter to your registered mailbox. 4.使用本系統需遵守下列事項： Please comply with the following items （1）對個人帳號與密碼盡保管之責，不提供他人使用。 You are responsible for the security of your own account name and password and ensuring no one else knows the information. （2）不以任何形式公開散佈本資料庫內容。 Any information or materials on this database will not be published, broadcasted, or circulated in any formats to anyone without our express prior written consent. （3）妥善運用系統資料，不進行破壞、改製、大量有系統地列印，或一定時間內列印量超過合理範圍。 All information and materials on this database will be used appropriately without abusing, reproducing or making an unreasonable number of copies within a restricted time period. （4）對個人使用資料庫之行為應自行負責。 You are solely responsible for your use of the database. 5.引用本資料庫數位影像完成的研究成果，皆應註明「中央研究院臺灣史研究所檔案館典藏」。並提供本所檔案館乙份研究成果。 The use of information obtained this database for your research should be cited the source from “The Archives of Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica”. The completed research paper should leave one copy to us. 6.如未遵守本規範，本所檔案館得隨時終止該帳號；如有造成損害之情事，將依相關法令請求賠償。 Failure to abide by the terms of use of any databases, the Archives of Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica, preserves the right to terminate the account user. You shall indemnify the Archives of Institute of Taiwan History against any loss or damage arising where such rights, releases or consents have not been obtained or where any supplied image/s is used in a manner which infringes the rights of a third party. 7.本規範以「中央研究院臺灣史研究所檔案館數位影像線上使用要點」為準則，該要點如經修改，自新要點生效之日起，適用新要點之規定。 These regulations are in accordance with “Criteria of Using Online Digital Images for the Archives of Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica”. Any new terms and conditions will come into effect on the day they are assented to.
