Linked websites outside of this System may separately collect your personal data, in which liability is not covered by this System. 2.個人資料之蒐集、處理與利用:單純在本系統網站的瀏覽行為,本網站並不會蒐集任何有關個人的身份資料。登入使用者則需輸入帳號與密碼。當您申請本系統帳號,閱覽、抄錄或複製檔案,我們將得以取得直接或間接識別您的個人資料,包含:姓名、國籍、通訊地址、通訊電話、電子郵件、服務機關/就讀學校系所、職稱、研究主題。經由這些資料,我們將確認您的身分、與您取得聯繫、通知您相關服務與資訊,並得為合於隱私權保護政策規範之其他使用。針對您的個人資料內容本系統於處理過程遵循個人資料保護法之規定,資料保留期間除法律另有規定外,本系統的個人資料利用及保存期限為使用者權限之有效期限內。本系統有義務保護各使用者個資隱私,非經您本人同意不會自行修改或刪除任何個人資料及檔案,但若帳號期限到期且未延展的使用者資料將進行刪除。除非經過您事先同意或符合以下情況始得為之:(1)經由合法的途徑;(2)保護或防衛相關個人的權利或所有權;(3)違反本網站規定事項。 The collection, processing and use of user’s personal data: Personally identifiable data will not be collected when browsing the online catalogues within this System. You will be required to key in your user account login and password to obtain full access. When applying for a user account, browsing, or making copies, your personal data will be obtained directly or indirectly by us, including your full name, nationality, corresponding address, email address, registered institutions/ educational institutions, title, and research subjects. We will use your personal data to verify your identification or to contact you for the relevant services and information. Under regulations of the privacy rights protection, your personal data may be used for other purposes. Our System is obligated to follow established privacy protection regulations when handling your personal data. Except when additional legal regulations come into effect, users’ personal data can only be accessed or kept during the validation period while using the System. Our System is responsible for protecting users’ private data. Without your consent, your personal data will not be amended or deleted. Your personal data will only be deleted when your user’s account has expired without further extension. Your personal data will be deleted with your consent or for the following reasons: 1) through the legal procedure; 2) by means of protecting or defending privacy rights and personal rights; 3) by means of violating the System regulations. 此外,除非取得您的同意或在符合〈個人資料保護法〉第16條各款所規範的情形下,我們不會將您的個人資料揭露於第三人,也不會使用於前述相關目的以外的其他用途。 依據〈個人資料保護法〉,您可以就您的個人資料,透過書面方式,向我們申請行使下列權利:(1)查詢或請求閱覽個人資料;(2)請求製給個人資料複製本;(3)補充或更正個人資料;(4)請求停止蒐集、處理或利用個人資料;(5)請求刪除個人資料。當您行使上述權利時,可能導致您無法閱覽、使用本系統。 此外,我們得依〈個人資料保護法〉第14條規定,酌收行政作業費用。若您提供的個人資料,經檢舉或本館發現不足以確認您的身分真實性,或發生其他個人資料遭冒用、盜用、資料不實等情形,我們有權暫時停止您使用本系統的權利。 In addition, without your consent or in accordance with Article 16 of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will not reveal your personal data to a third party, or use for other purposes beyond the above mentioned items. According to the Personal Information Protection Act, you may contact us in a written form to claim your rights to: (1) terminate any search or request for browsing your personal data; (2) terminate any requests for reproducing copies of personal data; (3) amend or correct your personal data; (4) terminate collecting, processing, or using your personal data; or (5) delete your personal data. When you make the above mentioned claims, you may not be able to browse or use this System any further. Fees may be charged for your claims, and this is in accordance with Article 14 of the Personal Information Protection Act. If the personal data you provided to us is not accurate, or insufficient to verify your identification, or illegally acquired, forged, or faked, we have the right to terminate your ability to use this System temporarily. 3.個人資料移轉第三方與國(境)外地區之保護措施:本系統所蒐集之個人資料,除個人資料保護法及相關法令另有規定外,不會移轉給第三方或其他國(境)外地區處理。個人資料之網路傳遞皆經過SSL的加密機制,以保護資料之隱密性及完整性。 Transfer of personal data to third countries: This System will not transfer personal data to third countries or outside of the R.O.C. in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related regulations.
